These skills provide 5% increase in mission rewards (at least in loyalty points) for the various agent types. my question is, do they stack.... I saw that both Political and military skill bonuses apply to security agents, so do they stack???

I have not done any probing yet so I dont know much about it, but wont this mean people (yourselves included) can't probe wormholes out? Or is that a different set of probes?
